Say goodbye to soaking wet carpets and inconvenience. Serving Mansfield, Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, and Southwell with advanced Very Low Moisture (VLM) & encapsulation technology. Leaves your carpets dry and ready to walk on in as little as 30–60 minutes.
Carpets dry in 30–60 mins. Micro-polymers encapsulate dirt so it can't stick. Zero damp underlay, zero mould risk, and carpets stay cleaner for longer with no sticky residue.
Pumps 20–40 litres of water into your carpet. Takes 12–24 hours to dry. Risk of shrinkage, mildew smell, soaked underlay, and rapid sticky re-soiling.
Ideal for busy family homes, pets, landlords, letting agents, and offices across Mansfield & Southwell.
For years, traditional carpet cleaning meant pumping gallons of hot water into your floors, leaving rooms out of action for 24 hours and creating risks of damp, mould, and shrinkage. Eco‑Dri’s advanced VLM and encapsulation system delivers a deeper clean with zero soak and dry times in just 30 to 60 minutes.
Because our low-moisture system uses only a fraction of the water of traditional steam extraction, your carpets are dry, fresh, and ready for normal foot traffic in under an hour. Walk on them immediately in clean socks or slippers—no heating blasted or windows wedged open in winter.
Excess water in traditional cleaning often drenches the underlay and floorboards, breeding mildew, mould, and that foul "damp dog" smell. VLM cleans exclusively the carpet pile, eliminating risks of carpet delamination, seam splitting, or wool shrinkage.
Instead of sticky soap residues that act like dirt magnets after steam cleaning, our bio-polymers encapsulate greasy grime into microscopic, non-sticky crystals. Once dry, normal routine household vacuuming simply extracts them away for longer-lasting cleanliness.
Our pH-neutral, non-hazardous solutions will not strip natural lanolin oils from pure British wool or damage delicate weaves in historic Southwell cottages. Safe for children to crawl on and pets to play on from the moment we pack up.
Unlike detergent shampoos that wash dirt deeper into the backing, encapsulation chemically encapsulates soil at the microscopic level:
Our bio-enzyme polymer solution is lightly misted across the carpet pile, breaking the chemical bonds of embedded grease, oils, and soils.
Dual counter-rotating cylindrical brushes spin at 380 RPM, gently brushing each individual carpet fibre 360 degrees and lifting matted pile.
As the polymers dry, they encapsulate the loosened dirt particles within microscopic crystalline envelopes that cannot stick back to carpet fibres.
Heavy soils are transferred into absorbent microfiber pads. Any micro-crystals left behind vacuum out in your routine weekly clean with zero sticky film!
From modern plush living rooms in Mansfield to historic cottage rugs in Southwell, we provide tailored, safe cleaning methods.
Deep restorative cleaning for bedrooms, stairs, hallways, and lounges. Very Low Moisture (VLM) is our main focus for 30–60 min dry times, with targeted Hot Water Extraction (HWE) rinsing available for heavy soiling and pet stains.
Gentle low-moisture cleaning for fabric suites, 3-piece suites, corner sofas, and armchairs, plus a dedicated Hot Water Extraction (HWE) rinse option for heavily soiled upholstery and deep pet stain removal.
We follow an industry-approved 5-step VLM and encapsulation procedure that guarantees deep soil extraction without soaking your flooring.
We extract up to 80% of dry insoluble grit and pet hair using high-filtration HEPA-grade vacuums before adding any solution.
Targeted application of bio-enzymatic encapsulation solution to break down grease, pet marks, and traffic lane soiling.
Dual counter-rotating cylindrical brushes gently separate flattened carpet pile, lifting embedded soil to the surface.
Absorbent microfibre bonnet pads capture dislodged grime while polymer chemistry encapsulates remaining soil particles.
Carpet pile is groomed upright for optimal airflow. Your room is dry, fresh, and fully walkable in 30–60 minutes.
